Here are a variety of resources for writing in LaTeX.
•This wikibook is a great intro and reference.
• My preferred LaTeX editor is TeXshop, which is available
for free online for Macs. (You'll also need the guts: MacTeX)
• For PC users, you can try MiKTeX.
• Cloud-based LaTeX computing is available at www.writelatex.com
and www.sharelatex.com.
• Concise List of commonly used mathematical symbols.

LaTeX symbols list.
• DeTeXify can help you find a symbol you need
to use.

• Another brief introduction
• TeX Stack Exchange is a Q&A site with descriptions of
some of the more complicated TeXing techniques.
• You might want to include some graphics. This tutorial
will help you learn to use the package tikz to create graphics in LaTeX.
