EENG 303: ToolsCAD ToolsThe main CAD Tools we will be using are SPICE (Simulation Program with
Integrated Circuits Emphasis) and MATLAB. SPICE is a circuit simulation program originally developed at UC Berkeley. The flavor of SPICE we use is called LTspice and is developed by Linear Technology.
LTspice provides free schematic capture, circuit simulator, waveform viewer and it
works on Windows, MAC and Linux/Unix platforms. For a concise introduction to SPICE read appendix of the textbook. MATLAB (matrix laboratory) is a numerical and symbolic computing environment and
